Job Title: Telecommunication Engineer
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Apply systems engineering, telecommunications and networking engineering, and information assurance principles and knowledge; define and document technical requirements; support planning and scheduling activities
2. To plan, organize and coordinate daily engineering activities.
3. Ensure routine follow up and monitoring of the execution of assigned tasks.
4. To advise the general manager on issues related to engineering.
5. To prepare daily sites progressive report.
6. Performing Administrative Activities
7. Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
8. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
9. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
11. Prepare accurate and timely reports

Qualifications and Relevant Experience.
1. Bachelors degree in Telecommunication engineering or related field with 3 years of working experience.
2. Leadership and people management skills.
3. Endurance and ability to tolerate extraordinary and flexible working hours.
4. Willingness to work during weekends.
5. The ability to apply self-management practices.
6. Ability to manage budget allocation.
7. Ability to prioritize and organize sales activities.
