Human Resource Manager (1-Post)

Qualifications and Relevant Experience

1.      Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management with 5 years of working experience.

4.      Background in low is an added advantage.
5.       The ability to apply self-management practices.

Personal Secretary (2-Posts)
Entry Qualifications
Form IV or VI with passes in English and Kiswahili, plus shorthand of 100/120 w.p.m. in English or Kiswahili and 50 w.p.m typing, tabulation and
Manuscript Stage III, Secretarial and office procedure Stage II and has completed a basic computer course and holding a Diploma in Secretarial Service
from recognized institutions
Duties and Responsibilities
To type both open and confidential letters/matters;
To maintain a dairy of appointment for the executive, advising him of available time and reminding him/her of appointments as requested;
To answer telephone calls and intercom, giving information to callers or routing calls to appropriate officials;
To assume responsibility for ensuring that there is adequate efficiency in day-to-day operation of office functions e.g. supply of stationery, dispatch
and receipt of mail, messenger services
and other related functions;
To co-ordinate all office needs and requirements
Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisors

Sales & Marketing (6 Posts)
Qualifications
Holder of Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accountancy or other equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution registered with NBAA as a
CPA (T) Authorized Accountant in Practice. Must have at least three (3) years working experience in reputable organization.
• To implement and achieve sales plan to ensure achievement of overall company’s sales objectives.
• To implement credit policy and ensure constant adherence to avoid increasing debtor days.
• To implement a market visit and coverage plan to ensure all markets are covered adequately and product availability is adequate.
• To implement promotional schemes for brand development
• Coordinate and oversee working of the outsourced marketing agency representatives.
• Manage relationship with distributors and his customers.
• Continuously provide and update market intelligence report with client counter strategy.
• Explore new business with own talent and experience.
• Jointly with the Head of Sales set a Sales Budget
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in any field or other relevant qualification
• 3-5 years’ experience in successfully managing a countrywide sales force.
• Experience in dealing with water storage tanks or plastic tube product lines is preferred.
Major Challenges of the Role
• Managing relationship with the distributors/customers
• Getting proper & validated information regarding competitors
• Staying ahead of market developments with regards to changes in customer preferences

 Accountant (2 Posts)
Qualifications:
Holder of Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accountancy or other equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution registered with NBAA as a
CPA (T) Authorized Accountant in Practice. Must have at least three (3) years working experience in reputable organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring financial and internal control systems are effective and are consistent with institute financial rules and regulations.
Ensuring that financial reports and planned revenue and expenditure are in line with planned activities of the hospital.
Ensuring that the internal financial control system is functioning properly and providing advice to improve the system.

Making sure that external and internal financial queries are resolved as advised.

 Driver (5- Posts)

 Entry Qualifications:
Holder of an Ordinary Secondary School Certificate with passes in English, and holder of class “C” driving license with certificate of driving training from a recognized Institute.  At least 3 years of work experience as a driver Must be fluent in English and Swahili (verbal and written)
Must have a clean driving history
Willingness to work beyond the call of duty

Description
• Provide transport support as may be required to perform office duties.
• Responsible for day to day maintenance of office vehicles.
• Perform minor repairs and vehicle inspection before, during and after any trip.
• Should drive with safety and consider security at all times.




Computer Operator (6-Post)

Entry Qualifications:
Holder of an Ordinary or Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with Certificate in Computer application from University
Computing Centre (UCC) or any recognized institution.
Duties and responsibilities:
Entering patients data for hospital use
Captures data using computers and a variety of peripherals in a data processing environment
Assisting in running small scale customer jobs
Assisting in soft-maintenance on daily basis
Salary Scale: PGSS.2.3
Age Limit: Not above 30 years of age

I.T Technician (3- Post)
QUALIFICATIONS

Holder of masters degree in computer science or its equivalent from are cognized institutions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Developed and coordinate integrate information’s and communications technology for the authority and ensure that hardware and software are well maintained
Implement regular routine and prevent maintenance schedule for all equipment in the authority
Manage and administer the Horse information’s management system such as accounting, engineer and auditing
Ensure daily backup of all Horse information’s systems are performed and tested
Analyze and query the customer database and providing status of the Horse debtor
Perform any other duties as may be assigned relevant executive
AGE NOT ABOVE 45
