SENIOR DATABASE ADMINSTRATOR

Azania Bank is a commercial bank which has recently recorded fast and growth. The current bank is seeking to recruit the highly motivated a results driven and qualified Tanzanian professional to fill the position of senior database administrator for those who are willing o join well motivated work teams of the Azania Bank below are the qualifications and competence

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide leadership in oracle database solutions

· Provide SQL expertise in query performance tuning and enhancement installations

· support a number of major applications

· provide database consulting service to infrastructure and applicants teams on projects

· provide team leadership to junior associate

· promote a risk aware culture ensure efficient and effectiveness risk ans compliance management practice by adhering to required standards and process

QUALIFICATIONS

· bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent

· 5 plus rears extensive experience in complex oracle database administrations

· In-depth knowledge pf TSQL stored procedures and understanding of general database structures

· Oracle Linux/Solaris, Unix & Linux read hat

· Technical documental skills

· Excellent analytical and problems solving skills

· Project and team leadership

· Reasonability stable work and excellent work ethic are must

· Experience with banking industry
